Tariff & Terms

The check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 10:00 hours

For arrivals prior to 07:00 hours, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.

Rooms will be held up to 18:00 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late check-in is provided.

For late check-out, a request may be made to the resort/hotel and is subject to availability.

GST applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations. Any increase in government levies will be extra.

Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with two children below 5 years would be allowed per room.

Maximum of one extra roll away bed or one mattress would be permitted per room.

It is mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passport at check-in.

It is mandatory for any Indian to carry a valid identity proof and produce at the time of check-in.

Right of admission is reserved .

* 15 Days prior to date of arrival – 25% of the total bill will be charged.

* 14 Days to 08 Days prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.

* 07 Days less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.

* Children below 5 years of age are allowed to stay with parents without extra bed.

* Children between 5 – 12 years have to take an extra bed at the prescribed rate.

* 2nd child between 5 – 12 years sharing parent’s bed must pay extra as per the prescribed rate.

* Selected travel agents will have maximum credit of maximum 1 lakh for the period of 30 days

* Group booking without advance payments of minimum 25% will be automatically be considered as cancelled 15 days prior to the booking date
