La Shayok is a boutique style resort centrally located in the beautiful, rustic, and scenic surroundings of Hunder village, in Nubra Valley, Leh-Ladakh. The village of Hunder is famous for its unique natural landscape wrapped in seabuckthorn forests, picturesque sand dunes, exotic double humped bactrian camels, with the mighty Shyok, Nubra and Siachen rivers crossing across the exquisite terrain of Nubra Valley: (originally called ‘ Ldumra’ : The Valley of flowers.)
